A: Pours a crisp clean pepsi color with a great tan cap of foam 1/2 inch thick with foam sticking to walls of glass.

S: Nutty aroma with heavy notes of caramel and malts.

T: Caramel, toffee, malty backbone with a light hop flavor in the end of taste.

M: Mouthfeel is a medium bodied full flavored smooth ale.

O: Overall a very drinkable and pleasant beer with much flavor and aromas to be enjoyed over and over again.

Like best on tap. Smooth and strong taste. Not many brown ales with this distinct taste. Great during the winter watching hockey. Great aftertaste. I would like more bite to it but usually brown ales don't so still never disappointed with this brewski

Big Sky Moose Drool Brown Ale has a thick, spongy, beige head and a semi-clear, reddish-brown appearance, with minimal lacing left behind. The aroma is of sweet brown bread crust and a touch of tea, and the flavor is of tea, bread crust, sweetness, light cocoa powder, and mild bitterness. Mouthfeel is light and watery, and Moose Drool finishes dry, refreshing, and drinkable. Overall, this is very good.
