Looks the same as all the other Mexican light lagers. Maybe a little lighter, with average head retention.

Smells like cornflakes. Maybe a hint of spice, maybe the faintest suggestion of alcohol once it's warmed.

Tastes clean, but boring. Like cornflakes. I like cornflakes! This is surprisingly pleasant. A bit of bitterness on the finish, just a little bit. Most of these Mex lagers are soapy-tasting, but this one isn't.

The mouthfeel is ok - not bad. Rather carbonated but the bubbles are fine and prickly. The body is light, but somehow it doesn't feel watery.

I can't believe how much I liked this beer! I'm genuinely surprised. I expected it to be at the bottom of the pile but it's one of my favorites thus far.

A: FIzzy yellow beer with a soda pop head that disappates quickly. No lacing on the glass and just a hint of carbonation on the sides to let you know its a beer.

S: Malts, hops, barley - non-distinct.

T: More flavor than a Corona but not by much.

M: Soda pop feel. Relatively light but.

O: Decent brew for a hot summer day.
