Presentation: 12 oz brown bottle with no freshness date.
Appearance: A typical wheat beer froth, it seems to stick around a bit as well. Hazy straw amber color sort of murky looking.
Smell: Smells a little bit like strawberry soda extract. A neutral malt and yeast are in the back.
Taste: Odd strawberry fruit flavor, the wheat leaves a mild twang and there is sweetness all around from the wheat and feigned by the fruit flavor. Hops are extremely small on the palate with a lasting strawberry flavor in the finish.
Notes: A fruit beer is a fruit beer is a fruit beer this one of those fruit beers.

(12 oz can, LBC OG 26222; purchased single off shelf... poured into a 14 oz mug)
L: tawny-colored liquid with a very slight haze; tall foam stand, rocky, glossy, but lacking hold
S: dang if that doesn't smell like real strawberry nestled in muffin, or it's more like a strawberry Starburst or strawberry syrup... big points for expression and intensity
T: whoa!, crazy artificial on the palate is the fruit; overall taste reminds me of little strawberry croissant/danish bites... its bitterness, apparent from the second sip on, has an underripe strawberry tone... certainly a wheat undertone; mostly dry... its flavors just get more muddled and soupy as it goes
F: soft, shapeless, lacking a beginning or end with its coating of the palate... moderately carbonation, but I think more would accentuate the already too bitey bitterness
O: it's like a shot of strawberry vodka got dropped into a pint of bland wheat beer... maybe it has a following in its home market, but I'll take a pass on this going forward (1918)

Thanks to OzzyLizard for this one, from his NBS BIF #14 box. 12oz can (coded 32021) poured into 14oz teku. Poured very actively, less than an inch of beer and the rest of the glass was full of head. Poured a dark orange color with a slowly dissipating, just off-white head that left little lacing.
There was a huge blast of strawberries bursting out of the can right at the crack. Closer sniffing had the bright, sharp, tart berry scent dominating, with just a bit of grain underneath.
Fairly similar on the tongue, with the berry dominating.
The body was smooth and even, but I think that active pour got a lot of the carbonation out of the beer, and it was a bit flat across the tongue.
Drinkability was good, I could knock back a few of these during the warm weather months.
Overall, a nicely enjoyable beer. Worth trying if you see it.

Poured from can into tulip glass. Poured a honey straw color with thick fluffy white head that faded quickly to ring. Heavy notes of strawberry and hay/grass on the nose. Taste followed the smell. Light bodied and crisp. Low APV. Very good and enjoyable brew.

11/23/19...light malted copper with light ring of white foam. Strong strawberry nose, fruity. Bittering that fades fast with a residual strawberry flavor. Soft wheat background with an awkward bitter. Not real good.

Look: Slightly hazy amber with a small head.
Smell: Strawberry, some banana, some toffee/caramel aroma.
Taste: Mild. Strawberry up front, then a buttery bread wheat flavor. A bit of toffee/caramel. I get an unpleasant, slightly smokey aftertaste from the strawberry.
Feel: Medium-bodied.
Overall: I wanted to like this one, but it didn't quite get there -- the flavors don't really work for me.
