Pours a hazed golden color with a thicker topping of white head. Retains before fading into some stringy lacing on the glass and a slick of film.

Snap of grassy hops and faint citrus. A little bitter with bready, biscuit malts.

Lemongrass and soft hop bitterness up front. Smooth grainy malts with biscuit and toasted grain. A touch of breadiness and clean hops. Finishes slightly bitter.

Medium body, well carbonated, dry and crisp on the tongue. This drinks fine but there's definitely more expressive, interesting pilseners readily available.

Poured from 11.2 oz bottle into stemmed pilsner.

A: very pale, clear yellow; not much head, tiny bubbles, some lacing

S: sweet, malty, a little grassiness

T: very drinkable. pleasing level of malt fading into mild-to-medium hoppiness

M: smooth bodied, medium-high carbonation, finishes with a little bitterness

O: would drink again. Prefer this to the pilseners I've tried at my local pub so far
