Appearance: Dark caramel color with flashes of garnet red, with half inch creamy tan head.
Aroma: Sweet, with a little coffee and some floral notes as well.
Taste: Some hop bitterness comes through, along with roasted barley malt, coffee, cacao and some residual sweetness.
Mouthfeel: Good carbonation and full bodied.
Drinkability: A well balanced dark IPA.
