Appearance: Extremely pale yellow. Some good head retention. Comparable to Hoegaarden, but not quite as good.

Smell: Lacks the peppery bite of other witbiers. I also smell some grapefruit. Overall Holy Moses has a bitter herbal smell.

Taste/Mouthfeel: Some grapefruit like with the smell. Low to moderate hop bitterness. Much of the bitterness comes from herbal taste. Still, I get a good creamy feel.

Drinkability: The bitterness and creaminess combination is a bit odd.

Overall: The most bitter and herbal witbier I've had. I don't particular like this version better than other ones, but Holy Moses is a good beer.
