I bought a couple six packs of this right from the GLBC gift shop while on a recent trip to Cleveland. Poured from a 12oz brown bottle into a shaker pint glass.
A= This lager poured a brilliantly clear pale gold color with a thin 1/4" white head. The head dropped fast to a thin ring and left just a few spots of lace.
S= Sweet grainy malt in the nose, as well as some light sulfur, noble hops, and a grassy/flowery note that is quite pleasant.
T= Started off with the lightly sweet malt base then quickly dried out with grassy notes and a modest but firm hop bitterness. Light mineral flavors midway and into the finish kept my taste rating from being higher. Finished dry and refreshing.
MF= Lighter bodied with a spritzy carbonation level that was just right.
D= A fantastically session-able beer that tastes good enough to want to... One of the better Czech pilsners I have had from the U.S.

poured from the bottle into a pilsner glass
A - Pours a slightly hazy straw with a few bubbles rising to the one-finger, white head. The head is reduced to a smattering of bubbles, that stays intact most of the way down the glass. Leaves behind a few wisps of lacing.
S - Pale malt and bit of grassiness upon opening the bottle. In the glass, rose notes become apparent and mingle with light fruitiness to give a white wine like nose.
T - Malty and lightly floral upfront. The body is driven by sweet malt notes, but fusel and grass notes are employed well in supporting rules to give the beer a complex character. Dry as the beer goes over the back of the tongue before a pleasant grassy rose finish.
M - On the heavier side of light bodied with lively carbonation that causes the beer to expand in the mouth. Suits the style well.
Glad I picked up this czech pilsner when I was in Ohio last summer. It seems to have weathered the past several months in storage and the trip back to New Mexico quite well as this is one of the better pilsners I've had. Although a little lacking in appearance, this beer pairs reasonably complex flavors with with a high level of drinkability. Although a bit steeply priced at $8.50 a six in Ohio, I could see myself getting this again.

Appearance: Perfectly clear pale golden yellow hay. Head is bright-white, creamy, and tight. Decent retention on a small cap with small amounts of lacing. Great carbonation on the pour.
Smell: Grass. Light earthy herbal. Pale malts. Slightly bready. A bit of sweetness. Touches of underlying crisp fruit and maybe some hay. Smells bright and clean.
Taste: Pale grain. Nice clean earthiness. Hints of herbs with a solid hint of yeast. Mild sweetness and hops. Some touches of leafy hop. Very pale. Touches of wheat. Slight bitterness on the finish of the sip.
Mouthfeel: Moderate carbonation. Body is a little less than medium but is very crisp and clean
Overall: I really like this beer. Has a great all round offering.
