This brew is only available at the Brewery's Pub house in Cleveland. It is brewed in small batches (3 bbl I believe). It is brewed with lemongrass and ginger.
The pour of this Wit is pretty nice. Somewhat cloudy and pale golden in color with a very light head that goes away to no head very quickly. It does leave behind some subtle lacing though.
The scent of this is a wonderful lemon and ginger. It smells of a great tea.
The carbonation is a little lighter than what Id prefer, but not flat. It hits with a sweet ginger flavor with the typical WIt spices. It then blends into a lemon backend before fading off the tongue.
The only thing preventing me from giving this all +4's was the drinkability (And Im not sure that is the beers fault). I brought a growler back with me and after 3/4 of it, I got a little gingered out. That said, Im not sure it is the type of beer that is meant to be drank in that quantity.
