Smell isn't very overwhelming, though it does have some sweet caramel notes to it....a little toasty note as well. All in all though, not a very rich nose here.

Pours a clear amber color in my glass with a one finger head.

Taste just seems kind of light for an Oktoberfest to me. It has that signature sweetness, but seems less like a typical heavier caramel sweetness and more like a light, sugary sweetness to me. There is also an underlying, but kind of mute for style toasty note that shows up. Finishes sugary with a tiny medicinal bitter note.

It's inoffensive but not remarkable for style. There are better options for the style.
