Now this was a surprise.
A Swedish pilsener able to go head to head with the very best of the german ones. Love the slight zwickel touch the unfiltered yeast brings.

Very clean and fresh german style pils.
Unfiltered and non pasturized.
This is for sure one of the best pilsners i have tasted.
This brewer does not follow trends. He just makes really good and classic beers!
If you get the chance to try this beer, do it!

Colour is yellow; the liquid got some chill haze. The high head is off-white, firm and compact.
The smell is bitter and hoppy with notes of grass and hay. Hints of alcohol and white bread.
The taste is bitter. Clean and bitter. Some hints of lemon and fresh bread. The aftertaste is also clean with milder bitter flavours, hints of alcohol, some lemon peels, and very mild sweetness.
The carbonation is mild, the small bubbles are fresh. The liquid is light and dry.
A solid German Pilsener, in rank with the best German ones.
