A - Pours a clear amber-orange color with a a finger of white frothy head. The head fades fairly quickly to a ring, but laces okay.

S - Aroma is full of cirrus hops and some sweet fruity aromas. There is also a touch of sweet lightly roasted carmel malts in the background that breaks through.

T - Starts off with some fruit esters and orange peel flavor. Lots of fruit elements here. Through the middle the malt comes through alongside some hop bitterness. The finish has some nice sweet fruit flavors and more of the hop bitterness that linger nicely.

M - Medium to medium-light bodied with moderate carbonation. Very nice and all around crisp beer. Lively on the tongue and very clean finish.

D - Extremely drinkable. The flavor is fairly sweet, but it stays balanced throughout. Feels very nice and crisp and very refreshing.

damnit, someone finally opened a brewery in lake george, that was supposed to be my master plan... unfortunately these beers seem relatively uninspired and generic, but give the people what they want i guess. i actually like this amber ale just fine though. it pours clear and light maple syrup in color, with a short but persistent tan head. the nose is a little extracty, with more sugar showing that i like, but with some coppery and biscuity notes that work well together. the taste is all malt, not hops at all coming through, more of an english style in that regard. it could stand a little more hop balance, especially on the back end where the sweetness expands. i love the feel, great clarity and crispness for the style, very drinkable, very summery, very approachable and sessionable. lower abv makes it even more so. clean all the way through, light for an amber as far as body goes, and plenty of carbonation. if i were making beers here, i wouldnt be making light amber ales, but this is plenty passable.

Good tasting beer. Had on the shores of lake George and enjoyed it very much. Just a good, solid ale without any bad issues. Not too much stood out about it aside from just generally enjoying it.spending the week in lake George and look forward to enjoying more beers from Adirondack Brewery.
