I bought this CAN during a recent visit to Al's of Hampden in Enola and got the pic approved fairly quickly. Now all that remains is a review in support of The CANQuest (TM).
From the CAN: "The pride of Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin since 1867."; "A zesty and refreshing Shandy-style beer perfect for sharing". I have no one to share it with! Boo hoo.
My Crack and inverted Glug produced but a momentary head of fizzy, eggshell-white head with decidedly low retention. Color was a cloudy orangish-yellow, much like freshly-squeezed orange or grapefruit juice. Nose smelled artificially of orange and when I closed my eyes, I thought back to Tang, which is what the astronauts drank once upon a time. In the here and now, it had a thin mouthfeel, but quite effervescent. It tasted like a liquified Dreamsicle and I felt like a little kid again. I used to love both Tang and Dreamsicles, but now it seemed cloyingly sweet. Finish was likewise very sweet and I began to wonder who I would share this with. It would not be my current Old Lady as she would laugh at me for drinking such a beverage. It should be shared, though, as it is too sweet for me by myself.

Pours a golden orange with a small head. Smell is similar to a citrus lemonade. Taste is the same. Mouthfeel is light and easy to drink. Overall, it’s orange flavored lemonade, what you’d expect from a shandy. Good for summer.

Based on a review from October 2013. Had this in a bottle.
A: pours a hazy, orange body with a small white head with little retention or lacing
S: sweet, orange smell; pretty sweet smelling beer, like an orange juice Popsicle
T: sweet, orange juice tasting beer; sweet, slightly watered down aftertaste
M: light bodied mad fairly crisp; fairly refreshing
D: nice mouthfeel and taste combo; pretty good warm weather drinking beer

12 ounce bottle. Pours a somewhat cloudy golden orange with a decent white head. Aroma of orange. Taste is orange, sweet orange, citrus, and malt. Very sweet in my opinion. Needs ice cubes.

Imagine Fanta with beer aftertaste. That's exactly how this one feels. It's not bad at all on a hot summer day, but I generally prefer something more reserved.

One of my favorites. Has a really nice orange flavor. Light tasting and great for any day.
