I poured a bottle into a mug.

Appearance- Clear amber color with two fingers worth of quickly disappearing head. Very little lacing.

Smell- Mild sour aroma with very faint hints of biscuits and hops.

Taste- Dull malty flavor with some hop bitterness at the finish. Almost tastes watered down.

Mouthfeel- Medium bodied and well carbonated. Crisp with a dry finish.

Overall- I definitely have had better oktoberfests. This one was kind of a letdown.

This beer in appearance was a light brown and i thought it was very good overall. The smell just smelled like fall with hints of cinnamon and possibly nutmeg in it. I think this would be a great beer for the fall time although i drank it in the spring time.
