A very pale colour, on cask at C'est What Fall Festival. Some cask bubbles. Hits the style, medum mouthfeel, but not too drinkable. Neutral aroma. Better than a macro, but nothing too special. Some would like this, maybe better on tap.Was dry-hopped, maybe its the water.

Cask poured into a half pint glass at C'est What's Fall Festival.

Pours a light lemon yellow, translucent with a significant amount of suspended. Thin white head, with some moderate lace. Smells predominantly of some pine hoppiness, fresh cut grass and some lemon zest. Flavour composed predominantly of lemongrass, more bitter hops and pine again. Server warned us that the cask was spitting out some some straight hop leaves, so I guess that explains the sediment. Feels extremely fresh, and this confirmed it. Smooth and relatively crisp finish, slight tartness. Moderate carbonation with a very drinkable quality to this. Interesting effort.

On cask at C'est What's 2010 Fall Festival of Craft Breweries. It pours a clear faint yellow colour without head. Smells of grassy hops. Flavour is almost nothing. Watery mouthfeel. If I didn't know better this was dry-hopped water with hardly any other pilsner characteristic. On the plus side, all water should be dry-hopped.
