A - Hazy golden w/a bit of copperish-like hue and a rich, fluffy, cratered cap that's simply beautiful. No lace.
S - Very much like a Weisen with wheat, clove, lemon and malt.
T - Oktoberfest but with a Weizen accent. Nice sort of nutty malt but with a touch of cinnamon and fruit that finishes dry. Delicious!
M - Rich w/nice supporting carbonation that's super silky.
D - Food friendly given the low ABV and splendidly balanced carbonation. Hugely drinkable!

A: Cloudy, golden yellow hue with a large, sudsy and dense--almost bread like head--great retention; lacing is okay
S: Grainy with subtle banana and clove; some pepper and other spices; some toasted malts; actually quite a bit of malt presence
T: An interesting wheat beer; much more grainy, bready, grassy, musty qualities than the typical fruity/spicy ones
F: Pretty nice, chewy body--especially considering the style
O: An interesting take on the weiss beer--I do like the toasty breadiness and I could drink a few of these in late September but I'd like more complexities

Pours out a golden with a light haze color. This is one of the only Octoberfest beers that is pleasant and refreshing that does not give you the skunky aftertaste that the "green bottle" Octoberfest beers are known for. Has just a hint of banana and citrus with a light to medium body. A very good weissen beer and certainly much better than most unfiltred wheat beers.

A: Hazy, golden straw, with a towering frothy head that faded a little faster and left less lacing than I had expected.
S: Fresh, grainy aroma, with strong citrus and fruity notes. Not as much banana or clove aromas as the typical German Weissbier.
T: It starts out with wheat and sweet malt, quickly yielding to tart fruit before yielding to bitter hops. Really, it transitions quickly as it washes over the tongue, with no flavor staying long until the bitter, slightly soapy finish. Although it started out tasting like a traditional wheat beer, it finished more like a pilsner.
M: Crisp, well-carbonated, and very refreshing, with a hint of dry in the finish.
O: A mix of Hefeweizen and Pilsner, but not as good as the top examples of either.

Cloudy amber, bordering on orange with a thin lacing for a head and a fairly still look to the beer.
Wheat with some hops on top of that and a little dough in the mix. There is some light citrus with a touch of lemon and a little spice too. This is coupled with some apples and coriander and the beer comes across as a hefeweizen but with a twist.
Wheat and spice with some coriander and banana. Again there is some apple that the nose hinted at, along with a bit of orange and some citrus.
Medium bodied and with a slightly spicy tang to the beer. There is a little grain, although not a lot. The carbonation was strong and the finish a crisp one.
A very nice beer and a pleasant surprise when I tried it, there is a good mix of wheat, spice and a couple different fruit tastes to keep you interested and it all goes down pretty well.

A - Straw yellow. Cloud and hazy. Poofy cloud like head that cuts in half after a minute or two.
S - yeasty, toned down fruity smell. Nothing overpowering to my nose on this.
T - Very smooth that stands out more like a hefe than an oktoberfest, but maybe that is because I'm used to a more malty Oktoberfest. Nice crisp finish.
O - Solid brew here. Easily drinkable and very smooth.
