It pours a nice amber color with tint of cloudiness & a 2 finger head. The head is a light tan, which only sticks around for a couple of minutes, before evening out.
The aroma is very sweet to the nose and the lacing was alright, it stuck around longer enought to leave me liking this beer again or grabbing some more.
The taste matched the smell, "Sweet"! It was sweet to the palate, which turned over slowly to a tasty, but light hop bitterness. The pleasant bitterness lingered the whole time on the palate & on your lips.
Mouthfeel was good & smooth.

12oz bottle to the Ommegang BPA glass. No date or batch number indicated.
A: Pours with a solid 2 1/2 finger high head, off-white with a yellow tint. The texture is foamy, mediumly compacted, and the staying power is great. The body is medium-light orange. Slightly hazy. More than adequate lacing sticks to the glass in sea foam form.
S: Citrus and pine on the hop front with a gentle toast to the plain malt character. An odd, lightly phenolic, melting plastic-like aroma is in the background - not too obtrusive - but definitely noticeable.
T: A small improvement from the nose. Firm bitterness with adequate malt sweetness which is enhanced when a caramelly dimension begins to creep onto the palate.
M: Rather gentle mouthfeel, with passive bubbles at first, that kind of tighten up for a finer effervescence from the middle to the end. Medium body.
O: Not a bad IPA really. Easy to drink, decent flavor, the mouthfeel is good. A better brew than the first few reviews let on.

A- pours a orange golden body with a really nice three finger rocky head and a decent amount of lace.
S- mostly lemon and grapefruit rind, light pine, sweet bread.
T- the hops are very citrusy, mostly lemon peel with some grapefruit as well. There is a bitterness at the end that has a bit of a pine character. Very tasty, a little one note though.
O- very nice ipa here that I enjoyed pretty fresh. Don't know why it has gotten such poor ratings. I find it to be a pretty solid ipa.

a: clear light copper body. two fingers of bright white head that slowly settles to a frothy cap. decent lacing.
s: grassy, grains and malt. maybe a little lemon.
t: grass and malts. a touch of citrus tries to shine before its beat down by the grass again.
m: light body, decent carbonation. not much bitterness.
o: meh, more like an apa than an ipa. too much grass and english malts shining thru for my taste in an ipa.

12oz bottle poured into a NB globe. Thanks trxxpaxxs
A: The beer pours a crystal clear golden hue with a large fluffy head that left a nice trail of lacing.
S: Thin grassy hop profile on the front with a slight hint of citrus on the finish. Slight touch of candied malt. Really not a lot here.
T: The beer is pretty astringent/metallic with a minimal hop bite on the finish. Meh...
M: Carbonation is spot on for this light bodied IPA. Metallic finish lingers on the pallet.
O: Overall this is a pretty average IPA. I've had worse buy I've had much better.
