Appearance: Arrives at the bar with a hazy amber color and a thin cap that quickly fades to a ringlet and leaves nary a trace of lace

Smell: Biscuity, yeasty and slightly sour

Taste: Spice cake sweetness up front, with apple and pear fruit, followed by a growing sour flavor (the beer is soured with lactobacillus); after the swallow the sweeter fruit flavor dominates, although the sourness lingers

Mouthfeel; Mediun body with moderate to low carbonation

Drinkability: Very interesting, with a unique flavor profile; this beer could be a gateway to sour beer
