Color: pours cloudy, pale yellow. sits very hazy, pale gold with thick, fluffy, bone white head that dissipates quickly though

Smell: VERY substantial notes of clove and ridiculous amounts of lemonzest in the nose along with some pine and general herbaceous-nous. there is also a light, sweet malty character that is faint but definitely rounds out the unique nose of this beer. a faint perfumy character acts to bind all aspects and brighten them slightly

Taste: very similar to nose. intense lemon and clove presence along with a rich malted/unmalted wheat fullness. finish is slighlty dry with a herb and lemonzest combo that clings to the flesh. again, a slight perfumy character

Mouthfeel: medium body with a moderate carbonation

Notes: one of the best and unique witbiers ive had. love the intensity of the ingredients
