Listed as: Our Catt. County Cuvee that is aged on American Oak for three months in stainless, then transferred and aged in Buffalo Trace Bourbon barrels on a Belgian sour yeast for an additional 1.5 year

I had this beer on tap at the Ellicottville brewpub, served in a 10oz tulip glass.

A: Golden Straw/Amber Hue, Passes Some Light, No Head, No Lacing

S: Pear, Green Apple, Grassy

T: Apples, Pear, Lightly Sour

M: Bad Carbonation, Light to Medium Bodied, Mildly Sweet, Mildly Sour

Overall, this beer (by description) should have been great and was simply underwelming. Disappointed. If this is there first barrel aging, I hope they put more ingredients in the 2nd batch. Especially for 8 bucks. Avoid.
