Packaging: 12 oz. brown bottle
Glassware: Pint glass
Purchased: Single from Midtown, Nashville

Clear, bright golden color. Head is rocky and white, standing 4 fingers high, with fair lace and very good retention.

Aromas are all about the hops -- both citrus and pine.

Taste is crisp and bitter, of citrus and grapefruit. Malt presence is low.

Body is medium, with moderate carbonation for mouthfeel. The finish is dry and bitter.

A good, classic American pale ale.

Poured into a standard pint glass a dull lighter orange color with a thin white layered head atop.Aromas are light with some biscuit malt and earthy/leafy hops, seems more English in style to me.Flavors of light earthy and leafy hops mixed with lightly sweet biscuit malt,it's on the dryer side.To me this is not American on the palate it's slightly beefed up English in nature.Pretty average.A 33 IBU APA...not really.

12 oz bottle was poured into a pint glass. A big thanks to my brother for bringing this back from TN.

Appearance: The beer poured a small head that has reduced to a small layer. It is a pale golden yellow with great clarity and vision of bubbles coming up through the glass.

Smell: Some citrus and grapefruit on the nose, and some caramel and citrus too.

Taste: Citrus, bready, slight caramel sweetness, and some lingering bitterness.

Mouthfeel: Creamy, medium bodied, a little chewy, medium carbonation, and crisp.

Overall: a good pale ale in my opinion. Very sessionable and easy to drink too. First beer from TN that I have ever tried too.

Pours clear golden with a faint head. Leaves some decent stickage.

Aroma of sweet grains, apple blossom, pineapple.

Taste is well balanced between grassy, mildly fruity hops and grainy, cereal malts. Mild bitterness but lingers long, keeping the finish crisp.

Body is a bit thin on the tongue. Perhaps a tad under carbonated.

Overall, a nice APA, particularly for those who don't dig piney, grapefruity hops but want a properly bitter ale.

Pours with a medium white head that settles into a nice lacing above a clear honey golden colored beer.

Light citrus hops aroma with a touch of pine combines well with a light sweet caramel maltiness.

Light sweet caramel malt with a light bitter citrus hops taste.

A light dry citrusy aftertaste on this medium bodied beer.

A very solid yet light tasting beer, well worth picking up a few of these.
