Dull golden-amber color, faint and spotty lacing. Appearance isn't terribly inviting except for the sight of robust carbonation that will satisfy a thirsty mouth.

Aroma has a hint of that old-world yeast; ever so slightly fruity and medicinal. Subtly sweet and subtly toasty malt rounds out the smell.

Taste is mild, a little bit of grassy grains and floral hops give it some character, but its lacking any of those classic Belgian notes of fruit and yeast save for a little band-aid flavor.

Though the taste isn't all that impressive, it finishes very clean and coupled with its dry mouthfeel, high carbonation, and moderate weight--its fairly drinkable as a summer afternoon beer.

A-Clear orange, not much carbonation, or head, some lacing.

S-Lots of wheat, honey, spices and lemon.

T-Grass, wheat, slight honey, tad lemon, not much bitterness at all.

M-Light some carbonation, crisp and refreshing.

O-A boring, but easy drinking, beer. Try it and then forget it.

Serving glass: Poured from bottle into Imperial Pint.

Appearance: Clear, light gold but not as much head as hoped.

Smell: Hay, straw, quite floral.

Taste: Light bready malts with straw, grass and floral, herbal hops. Tastes fairly close to a Kolsch.

Feel: Doesn't have as strong of a mouthfeel as a standard Kolsch. It is light bodied, but not as dry or crisp as it should be.

Overall: Pretty much a gluten-free Kolsch, which would be a really good thing if the mouthfeel was better.
