Nice addition to the style. It’s solid, but nothing stellar. It has all the essentials, but doesn’t really add anything unexpected or move mountains.

Mom bought me a growler on Friday night. At my buddy's house right now drinking it.
A - No real head to speak of. I poured hard to stir one up. The body is a nice amber color, tho relatively hazy. Swamp water? Decent lacing.
S - Nice American hop profile and a bit of Rye. Nice. I believe 20% Rye Malt was used in this?
T - A nice flowery hopping atop a big malt base. An almost tea-like bitterness on the back end. Not huge, but nothing particularly off.
M - Rather thin and lightly carbonated.
D - Not horrible, but nothing I'd return to... at least in growler form.
Notes: Not a bad brew but nothing outstanding. I've had better from the DBC.

Hazy and a dark orange, amberish colour with a fine, off-white cap. Good head retention, streaky lacing. The aroma was a pleasant combination of dry, crushed rye malt and orange/grapefruit citrus, with just a bit of caramel. Moderate bitterness with some citrus hops mid-palate and malt throughout (cereal, rye, light caramel). Fairly dry and slightly oily in texture. Average carbonation with a light body that was on the thin side. Not a bad beer, but seemed a little overattenuated. A good base of flavours though.
