Hmmmm, it lokks pretty nice with a deep amber color and small white head. The aroma is cider, light smoke and slightly vegetable like. It is medium bodied with a smoked meat-like flavor and maybe a little caramel malt with a smokey finish. It's really lacking in malt base for the smokey flavor. Even the grilled food I ate with it didn't change my impression. Not horrible but definitely lacking.

Uggh...I've been impressed with all of Viking's stuff until this one...

Pours a decent hazy orange. Off-white head fades to a wisp, but stays around.
Just a little faint smoke on the nose (actually, a weird smokiness...not all that good).
Start off with minor smoke on the taste buds. Some grassy flavors here too. Switches to an odd citric sourness in the finish. Not good at all.
Soda-like body and carbonation do not help things.

Tastes like someone ashed a joint into a bottle of 7-up.
Stay away
