Uggh...I've been impressed with all of Viking's stuff until this one...

Pours a decent hazy orange. Off-white head fades to a wisp, but stays around.
Just a little faint smoke on the nose (actually, a weird smokiness...not all that good).
Start off with minor smoke on the taste buds. Some grassy flavors here too. Switches to an odd citric sourness in the finish. Not good at all.
Soda-like body and carbonation do not help things.

Tastes like someone ashed a joint into a bottle of 7-up.

Orange, sediment particles throughout. Short layer of creamy bubbles. Smells clean, vaguely malty. Thin, almost watery taste. A little pilsner malt flavor. Non-aggressive smoky flavor....a lot like a watered down Schrelenka (sp.) light bodied, kind of flat mouthfeel. Drinks easily, but it's a one note song, and a watery one at that.
