In Heat Wheat...
A- Pours a golden hue with a minimal head that falls to barely anything... Excellent look of unfiltered wheat beer though.
S- Heavy yeast and wheat upfront. When i smell this one it is fully loaded with wheat and yeast... maybe some mild grassy hops. Fresh smell never-the-less.
T-M- Taste is of freshly cut wheat from the fields with the bite of hops of a grassy nole. Mild sulfer is there with the flavors of sweet tangerines and oranges. Medium body with thick feel in the finish is great for the style.
D- Drinkablity is wonderful for the wheat style and is very refreshing on most aspects. Bro approved.

355 ml bottle, as Flying Dog In-Heat Wheat Hfeweizen, courtesy of Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. ABV is 4.7%. Also available in some Norwegian grocery stores. Hazy pale golden colour, big white head. Typical hefeweizen aroma of ripe bananas and cloves. The flavour also has notes of ripe bananas and cloves, medium sweet, soft mouthfeel, very drinkable, low bitterness. A good hefeweizen - no more, no less.

12 oz bottle. Hazy yellow, medium frothy white head. Aroma is as expected; banana, clove, spices, wheat. Light to medium body, some spice and sweetness initially.
