A - Golden honey brown with fairly good transparency. Head dissipates quickly

S - Strong cloves and bubblegum, banana bread. Lacks some oomph

T - Lots of spicy cloves. Baked banana bread still makes a strong presence though.

M - Fairly drinkable here. Medium low stickiness feel in mouth and finishes clean.

O - Fairly average Hefe that is very drinkable. Would be a great summer beer outside on a patio

Poured on-tap and served in a shaker pint, the beer is a light, slightly hazed, yellow-gold coloring with a frothy, filmy, bright white head. Aromas of banana and subtle spicing, like a fresh baked banana bread. Cinnamon and nutmeg and clove blend, but remain light. Flavors of banana bread on a biscuity backbone, with lemon zest, clove, and a toasty overlay. Light and effervescent in mouth, with a clean finish that has a slight banana linger.

Pours a light straw color with a good amount of citrus and sweet malt on the nose. 2 fingers of foam that did not last, slight lacing. The scent of apples and pineapples. It had a nice hops character and good potential but it finishes like fruit punch. The body is weak and the soda like carbonation was the lion’s share of it. How disappointing.
