A- This beer pours a crystal clear golden yellow body with a super thick snow white head and a gentle carbonation. The head forms a good sticky lace with each sip.

S- The cream and yeast aroma has some soft floral hop notes to it but is a bit clean otherwise.

T- The mellow yeast flavor has some nice pear esters and a soft sweetness in the finish. There is a green bitter note that lingers for just a bit.

M- The medium mouthfeel has a creamy texture but no real alcohol heat is noticed.

O- This beer is very sessionable with a good balance of sweetness, esters and some bitterness.

oured into a Gulden Draak tulip. Pours a light golden amber with a massive white head with good retention and pillowy lacing. Aroma of light fruit, wheat, lemon, Belgian yeast and spicing. Flavor is sweet pear and apple juice, wheat, bready malt, lightly astringent wood, light lemon. Finishes with sweet/sour light fruit and a mild hops. Flavor a bit attenuated, but pleasant. Light to medium bodied with a nice mouth feel from constant carbonation. Not a super complex BSPA, but a nicely made and pleasant drinking one.
