Rerate, 500 ml can, as Grafenwaler Premium Pils, a gift from Germany. Produced in Germany for LIDL. ABV is 4.9%. Pale golden colour, large to moderate white head. The aroma has sweetish fruity notes, not unpleasant. A hint of honey. The flavour is fresh and medium sweet, some hops in the finish. Not too bad.
Original rating: 500 ml can, bought at LIDL Norway. ABV here is 4.7%, to comply with our 4.75% upper limit for beers sold in grocery stores. Pale golden colour, fluffy large to moderate head, collapsing. Moderate aromatic hops with some slight sweet and flowery notes, hints of hay. Low carbonation, thin and watery mouthfeel. Onedimensional flavour where a not very pleasant bitterness of inferior hops dominate. Not good. (1.7.)

Sold at Lidl France under a different label: Perlembourg. Based on some googling, product should be exactly the same. Has an okay pilsener colour, but way too much foam which quickly turns into no foam at all. Good hop smell at the first sniff, weak hop smell at the second sniff, no smell thereafter. Taste follows the smell: there is some cardboard/malt flavour in the far distance, but that's basically it. Mouth feel is also quite watery, though the entity still manages to refresh you on a hot summer day, despite its numerous flaws. I'm not claiming that the expensive beers are always the best beers, but this baby's quality matches its price.

Supermarket cheap pilsner.
Colour golden with a hue of green,, thin white head, modest carbonation.
First smell fresh of grassy hops, then mostly malts/grains.
Taste ordinary: malts and more grain like corn. Bland, little bitterness, mostly sweet malt.
Not very pleasing aftertaste. musky.
Overall it's a beer like lager, cheap and not special enough to recommend or repeat.
