Export stout from Well's. Pours opaque & deep brown with tan monolith of head, deadly long retention. Not very intense bouquet of coffee and dark chocolate. Taste is generally roasted, rather dry, close to irish stouts. It's my third try of the beer and I'm sure it's much worse that it could be.

A - Pours a very dark brown liquid with a big foamy beige head that lasts forever. Lots of lacing. The beer looks perfect, seductive and inviting.
S - In the nose is roasty, with dark chocolate and caramel notes.
T - Caramel, roast and coffee notes. Medium bitterness
M - In the mouth feels medium body with a thin to creamy texture and lively carbonation.
O - A great English Stout

500 ml bottle, poured into a pint.
Color is an opaque black. Forms a large, beige head and leaves lots of lacing.
Aroma is not very strong, just some roasted malt.
Taste is full, roasted... on the bitter side. Leaves a pleasant, coffee like aftertaste.
Body feels heavy, creamy, soft and the carbonation is just right, making it very drinkable.
Overall a very nice stout, a good rendition of the style.
