This ale poured with a nice dark coppery color but absolutely no head and zero lacing.

The scent is of banana, but not really banana bread. There's the sugary sweet but not over powering scent of bananas with no grainy malty bread aroma. That's not a bad thing because the scent is a natural banana sugar and not fabricated.

The taste is of sweet banana but no malt or grain. It's nice but not where I'd hoped it would go. The mouthfeel is a bit harsh and thin and provides an almost vacant aftertaste.

I liked this ale and will drink it again but think it could have been much more.
