On tap at one pint pub July 2011. Review from notes. Pour is a clear light yellow with a tight white head. Toasted grains and a bit buttery in the nose, may be a hint of diacetyle. A fair bit of cereal with some light peppery spice and an herbaly floral hop. The taste is better, toasted gain and cereal, a bit buttery still but much less than the nose. Floral hop finish and faint bitterness. Body is light but the butter transitions to the feel a bit. Enough carb to balance but definitely sees some diacetyle.
