This is kind of insane; a beer produced (Eisbock-style) at 57.5% ABC is more a test of endurance and determination than a beer...
There is only 36 bottle ever made and I had the pleasure to review the 6th bottle.
A: Pours dark amber with absolutely no head.
S: Smells like windscreen washer-fluid. The alcohol kind of dominates everything else... Smells more like cognac than beer. The vineousity one could expect is killed by the high ABV. This is offensive...
T: No surprises from the smell. Some dark dried fruits. This reminds me of a Mekong-whisky (the cheapest whisky-crap ever made) more than it has anything to do with a beer.
M: This is what jet-fuel must feel like. Unpleaesant and offensive. Full body and absolutely no carbonation.
O: Since this is so very far out I rate it high - if you have a chance - try it, but acctually, this is a beer only interesteing to the worst psychopaths, or if you prefer; beer-nerds extraordinaire...

New world strongest beer. Very limited, only 36 bottles made. Each one numbered and signed by the brewer. One bottle os 200 Euro. The bottle I have is nr 1/36. Looks really good. Signed by the brewer. Beer in the glass deep golden, oily, no head. Extrem alcoholic aroma, but also some fruity hints of peaches and a hint of vanilla. Starts extreme alcoholic, burning, fiery, breathtaking. But behind all the alcohol also some fruity notes, again peaches and apricot. Burning, long lasting aftertaste. Extreme experience, but the beer is certainly hard to compare with others.
