Appearance: clear, yellow/orange in color, minimal head, low carbonation
Smell: pineapple and pine--hops dominate
Taste: pine and citrus hops, some earth, and pineapple
Mouthfeel: medium carbonation, light bodied, slightly bitter
Drinkability: Without a doubt an American saison. This one had some nice piney and hoppy tones that made it taste more like what I would associate with a west coast IPA. I could sip on a couple of these. Interesting beer.

The beer offers grainy malts, honey sweetness, hints of pepper spiciness, floral and light hop bitterness on the finish. A soft carbonation with a lighter mouthfeel.
