Half liter bottle from a mixed case, poured into conical pilsener glass. Very clear light yellow with lively carbonation and thick, but light head. Strong nose of hops. Typical German Pils , very drinkable. Mild grassy, almost hay-like taste, but no bitterness. I'm more familitar with (and they're more widely known for) their schwarzbier, but this was quite enjoyable.
