The America Bar & Grill is an example of a good that can come from the yuppification of the area around Philadelphia. It is a very nice place to eat, with quality, but pricey menu. I have yet to get anything resembling a bad meal here, and there is a nice selection of beer, which changes somewhat regularly. Local beers such as Victory, and Flying Fish were on tap at my last visit, and a few other good choices such as Magic Hat and a few imports. The service was quite attentive, but not the best when it came to the beer. I was told that the only Victory beer on tap was Hopdevil, when on my way out I noticed another Victory tap (lager I think.) Based on the frequency which beers are changed here and the fact that I have only had fresh, good beers leads me to assume that the quality is consistently high. The only thing I rated this place below a 4 on was the atmosphere. It is actually a rather classy establishment, but decidedly yuppy. So maybe I'm being a little harsh on that one characteristic, but they're good enough they can afford it.

Atmosphere - a bright bar with windows looking out to a strip mall parking lot. It is an older crowd (mid-30's and up) and most are drinking mixed drinks
Quality - food is really solid but pricey
Service - a couple of really nice bartenders and usually pretty solid service
Selection - bottles = bad, tap selection is good but their lines are very long and possibly not flushed often enough and the beer here often tastes off. I use to be a regular but no longer go due to the fact that I never would order beer there. Some have said it has changed in the last 6 months.

One mile east of the intersection of rt100 and rt113, on the end of a strip mall, you'll find America Bar & Grill. Here in the heart of horse country is an interesting resturant. It's a contemporary, high-end establishment where a decent list of draft beer is offered.
After stepping thru the double front doors, you'll notice the dining area to the right. On the left is the bar area and more dining space in the back. There is a modern 24 seat bar with a neat glass enclosed wine room on the left side. The draft beer is showcased in a large keg facade behind the bar. Some beers tried on my last visit were Flying Fish Farmhouse,Hoegaarden White and Stoudts mai-bock. Imports are well represented, as are locals like Victory. Beer is not the only offering. They have an extensive list of wines, single malt scotch and martinis.
The menu covers steaks, pastas, seafood and vegetarian dishes. It's a little on the pricey side but the food is good. The atmosphere is somewhat "stuffy" overall for my likeing but $2.50 pints during happy-hour makes up for it.
