Pours a crystal clear deep brown with reddish tint. Thick foam head 3in. at least with insane lace.
Smell is of malt and sweet fruit. Dates, cherries, and light pine hop notes.
Taste is starts sweet malty and ends very tart and crisp. Citrus is abound which is different for a red ale. Interesting rasberry flavor towards the end.
Mouth feel is light and high in carbonation
Overall this beer is unique… prob won’t pick it up again but glad I tried it.
