[Best served in a Tulip glass]
The pour was a clear medium tarnished gold with an average sized (1-2 finger) white frothy head that receded down to a thin film and small collar, creating some excellent sticky lacing.
The aroma was of a mild grain malt, grassy hops and a musty Belgian yeast with notes of citrus (orange peel), caramel and a mild peppery spiciness.
The taste was a bold bitter sweet with a hint of caramel up front, and then mellowed slightly into a hoppy citrus taste with a spicy yeast flavor on the back end. The flavor was short lived but very enjoyable, and had a mild spicy hoppy finish.
Mouthfeel was light in body with a dry and somewhat watery texture and a good strong carbonation.
Overall I found this to be a rather light brew for an Imperial IPA. Although the balance of hops and yeast seem to work very well together in this beer, making it quite easy to drink and enjoy…

Beer had a good taste. Nothing to rave about. Small head on bear after poured into glass. It has a citrus like taste. I am not a fan of citrus beers so a bad review because of that wouldnt be right. Would like the label to mention the citrus like taste but never the less its deff worth a try.

A- Surprisingly big head on my first pour. Lots of bubbles floating at different paces through the beer, some moving very slow for carbonation bubbles. Looks over-filtered for a Belgian with lots of transparency and a color that is eerily close to orange soda.
S- Smell is a brilliant showcasing of the incredible hop at first but once it warms seems to be more stunning alcohol than anything else.
T- This is where things got weird, I liked it. The flavors brought me back to my early childhood when I particularly liked the taste of this orange flavored children's cold medicine my mom used to give me when I had a cough. The flavor on this beer is sugary sweet with an overpowering orange flavor that is molded throughout this sticky concoction.
M- Syrupy and bubbly but not too bubbly the alcohol is covered somewhat by sugar and carbonation
O- I probably won't buy this again but it was worth a try and definitely worth the nostalgia.

Poured into a large tulip glass a lemon hued medium golden with a large white head that left a few a broken rings as it setteled into a frothy mass.Bright citric hops stand out most in the nose along with some alcohol dipped fruit, ever so light spiced yeasty phenols are held in check well. Not as brash on the palate as in the aromas but the flavors are nice, medicinal and sharp citric hops with deep fruity tones, the alcohol as well as the yeasty notes come into play more as it warms. It's close to being great as is it's pretty darn good and worthy of a higher rating than what it has right now, in my opinion.
