A- Had a peachy - amber opaque color to it. Was very fizzy when poured and developed a thick white head.
S- A little difficult to find the words for the aromas here. Definitely something that reminds me or green apples and maybe a little grapefruitiness. There is also a slight malt smell with some spices in the background.
T- Starts off a bit biscuity and sour. Some citrus flavors and yeast funkiness kick in mid way through.
M- Medium bodied and thick, almost chewy feeling. Medium to low carbonation.
D- Refreshing, yet I can only drink one 750ml at a time because it is a bit heavy feeling.

THIS is what beer should always taste like. Smooth, flavorful, but always crisp and refreshing at the finish. Very strong, fruity and citrus flavors up front, mixed with a heavy wheat body. The finish is pure summer hefeweizen. The Belgium people know beer like no other. I am in awe of this simple, yet powerful, brew.

Pours a hazy golden with particulates floating throughout and a large, puffy 2 inch ivory head that slowly dissipates, leaving little lacing.
Mustiness, pear, tangerine, and coriander form the initial aroma. There's lots of belgian yeast character. Lemon, floral hops, and a touch of horse blanket emerge.
Lemon, belgian yeast, and earthiness open the flavor profile, with a fairly beast malt backbone kicking in mid palate, with peppery notes closing out the finish, which is decidedly dry.
Body is moderate, with spritzy carbonation providing a refreshing mouthfeel.
Fruity, earthy, and dry, this is definitely a refreshing beer. It's a bit more earthy and dry than I prefer, but great example of the style.

A - Pours a hazy pale orange colour, thumb of head with solid retention and some nice sporadic lacing.
S - Heavy skunk, fruity citrus, orange rind, hints of spice with pepper, coriander and lemon on the finish.
T - Much like the nose, the heavy skunk unfortunately dominates, the sour citrus comes through alongside some funky yeast, with a lemon iced tea and hints of lemon drops with a peppered finish.
M - Medium bodied, smooth and wet.
O - I had read that there could be infected or skunky batch floating around the LCBO, and unfortunately I think I was subject to this aforementioned group. That being said, a flavourful brew was detectable amidst the skunk. I would give this brew another chance, but unfortunately I know my local LCBO likely won't be privy to another batch.
