This true to style Vienna Lager, brewed with Vienna malt, noble hops and classic European brewing methods, delivers an authentic taste and complex flavour profile. King Vienna is an amber coloured, medium bodied beer with an exquisite palate, complimented by a gentle creaminess and slight malt sweetness. The enticing toasted malt nose and gentle hop flavour rival the world’s very best Vienna Lagers.
It finishes with amazing toffee malt flavour and crisp bitterness that dries smoothly on your palate without becoming too sweet.

Appearance - Pours a light copper with a finger width of bubbly white head.
Smell - toasted caramel malts and floral hops.
Taste - A lot of lightly toasted and caramel malts with just a touch of the floral hops for good measure. Floral hops linger with the malts in the aftertaste. Dry finish.
Mouthfeel - Medium-light body with moderate carbonation. Crisp finish.
Overall - The malts in this brew are definitely a stand out. Would like to have had just a little more hops to add a little more balance. Otherwise, a tasty Vienna lager.

The beer poured a clear amber with a big head that didn't last long. The nose is some light breadiness. The taste starts with some slightly piney hops with just a little bit of sweetness to offset it. The hop oils linger on the palate and make for a bit of a cloying aftertaste. The alcohol is present as well, giving it a little bit of warming. The mouthfeel is slightly carbonated with a little thickness. Not a bad beer, by any means. It just doesn't bring a ton to the table and feels a little off-balanced.

The clear copper color beer is served in a nonic pint glass with a 1/4" ivory head that leaves a bit of lacing on the sides as it recedes to a bit of foam here and there on the surface.
The aromas include the caramel from the malt along with some bready character that are both backed up by the floral earthy hops.
The flavors are much as expected from the nose with the bready caramel sweetness up front but moderated by the earthy hops and their light bitterness in the finish.
The mouthfeel is medium bodied and smooth with the persistent moderate carbonation.
Overall this seems an acceptably well made example of a Vienna Lager that I could drink again.

341ml bottle poured into a goblet. ABV 4.8%.
A - Poured a clear copper with a thin white head. Head vanished pretty quick and no lacing.
S - Malts (grains with some caramel) and a hint of hops in the background.
T - Caramel, grains, mild bitterness with a metallic finish.
M - Average body, average carbonation, clean finish.
O - Just above average for a lager and it's good enough to easily session.

Bottle: Poured a light clear copper color Vienna with a medium foamy head with good carbonation and some light lacing. Aroma of biscuit malt with light caramel malt is good. Taste is dominated by light dry caramel malt with light gain notes. Body is about average with good carbonation. Nothing really special here.
