A - Pours a clear golden-orange color with a finger of frothy white head. The head fades down slowly leaving behind some good lace.
S - Aroma is a mix of pine and citrus hop with some sweet caramel malt in the background.
T - Starts off with some pine hop with some sweet caramel malts and bitterness. Through the middle some citrus and tropical hops come through with some more bitterness. The finish is a mix pine and citrus hops with some bitterness and a bit of sweet caramel malt.
M - Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Feels smooth with a bitter and dry finish.
D - Very drinkable. Good hop profile and bitterness with just enough malt to provide some balance.

On-tap @ Blue Palms Brewhouse in Hollywood - served in a nonic.
Lightly hazy orange peel liquid with a fat raft of ivory foam resting up top. Good retention, merengue-like lacing tha fails to adhere.
Fruity spicy hops with a low mint-catty note suggesting Centennial perhaps. Potpourri comes forward with a floral sweetness as the ale warms. Smells wet-hopped almost. Malt definitely takes an olfactory back-seat in this beer.
Some diacetyl piles on top of other barely discernible off notes - marring the positive qualities. Faintly spicy malt brings out the peppery aspects of the hops. Moderate bitterness, though the low but persistent buttery flavors persist into the finish.
Medium-light bodied, bright with good carbonation.
Adequate with food, but this reminds me more of a home-brew than a professionally produced product.

On-tap at the brew pub. Served in a pint glass.
A: Served a clear dark citrus amber with a thin off-white film that didn’t leave much in the way of lace.
S: Huge notes of grassy, herbal, very fresh and green smelling hops assault my nose. There is a very potent smell of weed as well. I get a few notes of citrus beneath all the dominating grass.
T: Follows the nose with huge fresh flavors of weed, grass, citrus, and a touch of sweet malt in the finish. The aftertaste is green and bitter.
M: Medium body, bubbly even carbonation, with viscous alcoholic finish. Bitterness is very citrusy.
O: The hops in this are crazy fresh and fragment. I was definitely a fan of the smell, and the flavor is nothing to dismiss. The alcohol and bitterness are a bit rough around the edges, but overall this is a solid ipa.

Had on tap at City Beer Store.
Pours orange with a half inch of head, moderate lace.
The smell is pretty simple, pale malts and citrus.
The taste follows the smell, but with some pine resin. Very average but tasty West Coast style IPA. The mouth is a tad thin.
Nothing special, but still worth it.

On-tap at Beachwood BBQ,
A: Pours a deep gold/light amber with a frothy welcoming white head. Solid lace. Good looking IPA.
S: Citrus heavy, lemon and tangerine, some notes of grass, mild malt character.
T: As with the nose, the hops dominate, definitely West Coast. Lemon zest, orange, hint of tropicality along with a grassy component. But overall dominated by citrus. (Amarillo?).
M: Medium-bodied, fairly dry, medium carbonation.
D: A good refreshing IPA. Not mind-blowingly complex, but this will get the job done.

A: The pour is a cloudy golden orange, some might call it copper, color with thin white head.
S: Floral and citrus hops are featured in this IPA, but there seems to be a bit of butter to it as well (quite strange). A biscuity base supports the previously mentioned aromas.
T: Fairly sweet and bready, considering the aroma. A decent amount of bitterness on the finish and some mellow grapefruit hop flavors.
M: Medium in body and carbonation, as things usually go.
D: This just wasn't a very flavorful beer, which isn't what I think of when I see a west coast IPA. Perhaps this batch was just a bit old, but I was not a fan.

On tap at the brewery. Bright amber body with a small blanket of white foam. Tons of dank floral hop aroma in this one. Centennial maybe? Extremely floral and little else. Little to no malt. Huge hop flavors on the palate, awesome for a relatively low alcohol IPA. Floral, grassy hop flavors. Light-bodied with firm bitterness and a dry mouthfeel. Sticky citrus rind finish. Great stuff.

On tap at the brewpub. Poured into a pint glass. Comes in at 65 IBUs and 6.7%.
A-Semi hazy brown/yellow with a one finger head that leaves a nice bit of lacing.
S-Tons of citrus and pine. Smells like a West Coast IPA.
T-Nice citrus blast, particularly lemon with a nice grapefruit bitterness. A tad bit of alcohol hits as it goes down.
M-Medium bodied, probably a little under-carbonated for my tastes. Not overly bitter. Citrus hops leave a nice lingering taste in the mouth.
D-An easy drinking West Coast IPA.
Another great beer from Rodger Davis. He has taken this beer which they have done for years and put his style all over it.

This beer has a very strong floral hoppy aroma. Unfortunately the flavor doesn't really match up with the smell. This is a great beer, nice to enjoy with a big burger (like they serve at triple rock).
The beer comes much lighter than most IPA's, a golden color. Just the right amount of carbonation for a hoppy beer on tap. It is pretty bitter, but in a very good way. All the bitterness comes from the hops. The beer could have benefited from having more of the floral flavor of the hops instead of all bitterness.
Overall this is a very nice beer to sip on for an evening and enjoy with some food.

Tapped from the source (3x Rock). Light amber color with very little head for an IPA. Smelled of light citrus coupled with pinier hops. Taste was bitter with very little citrus. Mouthfeel was fairly bitter and a little tangy. Drinkability, hmm. Don't believe I really appreciate wet-hopped beers.
