On tap at the Bend Pub on 6.21.12.
A low Gluten beer made with Pilsner malt, oats, hops, and a special enzyme that brings the gluten below 10ppm.

A - Served a clear light yellow with a white head that moves quickly to the edges.

S - Light hoppy pine, very subtle.

T - Hoppy pine and sweet pilsner malt.

D - Very light body and good carbonation. Sweet.

O - Not bad, a light body and lots of hops. I wasn't expecting much, but this one tastes pretty good.
