Brown color with a red fiery glow, Almost no carbonation smell is so layered and complex. Wild yeast, sweet coconut rum like in the front with herbs and carmel lending to a dusty tart berry and oak finish, and that is just off the nose.
Sweet dusty upfront flavors, with tart fruit. Whisky comes to in the light hop and spice finish. ABV is noticeable.
Overall; Amazing nose!! Can't wait to see this beer age. As i notice after i opened it said on the bottle best AFTER 4/30/13. Good thing i have a few more :)
