We brewed our Cinder Cone Red- the original and distinct - in Imperial form and added some experimental hops to the classic Tettnang, Cascade and EKG’s of the hop bill.
IBUs 70 | Alcohol by Vol. 8.4%

On tap at the Bend Brewpub on 3-8-12

A - Served in a snifter. Dark ruby red with a few fleeting tan bubbles on the edges.

S - Carmel maltiness and some alcohol burn. Still ver welcoming.

T - Smooth and delicous mix of dark fruits, hops, and malts.

D - You can feel the alcohol, but it doesn't overpower. Lower carbonation and a thinner body.

O - Very nice, but one you only need now and then.
