A: The beer is hazy light pale yellow in color (almost like a Berliner Weissbier) and has some fine particles floating in suspension near the bottom and no visible carbonation. It poured with a thin layer of bubbles covering the surface.
S: There are light aromas of peppery spices in the nose along with some hints of lemon citrus.
T: Like the smell, the taste has initial flavors of lemon citrus and is followed by hints of peppery spices that linger into the finish.
M: It feels a bit shy of medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer is easy to drink but doesn't seem to fit into any particular style-it is more like a witbier ans less like a Belgian IPA.

I poured a white head over a muted yellow body. It is so hazy it's difficult to see the bubbles rising to the top. Head cut down to half a finger rather quickly and retained a good froth. Good lacing.
Smells very clean. Light crackery malt with yeast and grassy hops.
Similar to the nose, I get light, crackery malt with a little spice. This transitions with a big burst of yeast into a grassy hop flavor with a hint of green apple.
This beer is light-medium bodied. The carbonation is very biting. It refreshes first, then coats the tongue with a thin bitter layer. Dry finish.

Poured from bottle into a pint glass
Appearance- The beer pours a hazy yellow color with a big billowy white head of three fingers. The head very slowly fades over time leaving a nice level of lace on the sides of the glass.
Smell-The aroma is heavy of Belgian yeast and malts with a large hit of lemon and wheat. Mixed with these aromas are some lighter notes of a banana and a bit of a coriander spice.
Taste- The taste begins with a Belgian malt and lemon flavor upfront. Along with these taste so too comes some nice wheaty flavors which maintain a base taste for the brew. As the flavor advances the lemon grows stronger and slightly more sour to the end. A bit of grassiness and graininess begins developing in the taste more toward the end leaving a lemony and grainy flavor to linger on the tongue.
Mouthfeel- The body of the beer is on the medium side in terms of thickness with a carbonation level that is rather average overall. The moderate characteristics of the two are rather nice for the lemon, wheat and yeasty characteristics of the brew and make for a rather nice drinker.
Overall- A pretty nice flavorful brew overall with a decent blend of graininess and a lemony taste, although slightly low on the hop profile for an IPA.

Pours a very nice cloudy pale yellow color, very nice carbonation, with a very nice one-finger fizzy/creamy white head, leaves a big island in the glass. The nose is malty, yeasty, with some coriander, bannanas, nice little touch of hops. The taste is very nice malty, slightly hoppy, yeasty, with a nice touch of fruits/spices. Medium body with a nice dryish finish. Overall this is a very tasty brew, and hit's the spot on a hot day.

Poured from 12oz bottle into pint glass
A - an unnatural light yellow color. slightly hazy. strong 2 inch white head.
S - floral and spice hits right off the bat. very aromatic. slight bready/maltiness coming through as well.
T - very sweet malts at first. same spice and floral notes as the smell but not as pronounced. slight hops on the finish. quite pleasant.
M - medium bodied, a little sticky. on the higher end of the scale for carb for a BIPA, but doesnt detract too much.
Overall - i normally don't go for BIPAs, but this one was very well executed. crisp and refreshing
