A-Deep red, one finger head, some carbonation as well.
S-Cherries, oak and some tartness as well.
T-More tart than sour. Subtle cherries and oak flavors. Very mild when compared to other sours but the flavors are well balanced and subtle.
M-Medium bodied, silky smooth and carbonated.
O-Not the most flavorful or most sour beer out there, however the flavors mesh well and their nuanced balance is wonderful.
