2010 vintage. Best after 11/01/11.

Nice carbonation on this beast. Can already get the cherry whiffs as soon as the cap is lifted. Pours a slightly murky brown/burgandy with a beige foamy head. Nice foam that hangs on throughout session.

The aroma is big time berry, tart cherry and light vinegar. Getting a lot of green olive too. Was a little worried about the green olive taste but worrying was not necessary.

The taste is acidic with some nice sour cherry and oak as the main components. A smidge of vinegar but the blend of the sour and oak is great. Not overly bitter or sour. A light sweetness on the finish. Oak aftertaste. The wine flavors are definitely there as well. Very flavorful.

Mouthfeel is good. Again, nicely carbonated after two years of bottle conditioning. The harshness is minimal like some Flanders can be.

Overall...believe the hype. This is a great beer and one of the best Sours that incorporates a ton of flavor and keeps a little sweetness in the mix. No way this is 11.4%. Deceptively drinkable and the palate fatigue just is not there.
