The colour is gold (7 EBC), the liquid is clear. The finger thick head is white and compact. It sinks slowly leaving some lacing.

The smell is thick with sweet bread-like malt and lots of citric bitter hops. Some plastic phenols and a touch of wort.

The taste is bitter and citric (lime, lemon, grapefruit). Some malty sweetness, reminding of French loaf. Medium body (fine for the ABV). The bitterness grows in the aftertaste, as well as hints of plastic and sweet rye bread. The finish got bitter flavours.

The carbonation is strong with lots of smooth medium sized bubbles. The liquid is mid-smooth.

A pleasant 3.5 % beer, although it gives a somewhat tired impression (best before date: October 25th 2012).
