The liquid is clear; the colour brown-red. The two finger head is beige. It leaves some lacing.
The smell is dry and somewhat roasted with some chemical bitter flavours. Hints of vegetables, canned corn and minerals.
The taste is light, it is dominated by malts. Some butterscotch. Overall dry flavours with hints of yeast. It is a bit unclean, but in a good way. Some canned corn, chocolate and cookies. The aftertaste is light with some roasted malty flavours.
The carbonation is medium to strong, lots of medium sized fresh bubbles that doesn't last very long.
A pleasant lager. Is it a kellerbier? A dunkel? I don't know. A bit light but I had expected that at 3,5%.
