Served in a tumbler at the brewpub.
I assume this is their .357 Imperial Pilsner spiked with brett, but I have not had this confirmed. Whatever it is, it pours a hazy amber-brass topped by a finger of off-white foam. The nose comprises pineapple, red apple, banana, light raspberry, and sweet flowers. The taste holds notes of sweet caramel, light Belgian yeast, a bit of brett funk, and red apple. The body is a light medium, with a light moderate carbonation and a drying finish. Overall, a nice brett-influenced beer, the current highlight of the sour offerings here.
