Great beer and perfectly balanced. Not a high ABV so you can really drink this all night long. Absolutely one of my new favs

Pours a hazy deep orange-ish color with a tan head. In the aroma, fresh grains and notes of gingerbread. In the taste, fresh grains, a small pine hop, and a gingerbread malt. A small hop like bite and a medium bodied mouthfeel, with a dryer fresh grain and note of gingerbread in the aftertaste. Quite English and homebrew like, not bad, but a bit boring.

A: Poured from a bottle to a pint glass. Had a copper color and a clear texture. There was a small amount of foamy head that quickly dissipated. Below average lacing.

S: A decent enough aroma of hops, malt, and some caramel.

T: Tasted of hops (an average amount), a bit of malt, a bready quality, some caramel, and a hint of citrus. Tastes more like an English Pale Ale than an American one. Not a bad flavor, but not terrible either.

M: A well-carbonated beer with a dry, clean finish. Light- to medium-bodied.

O: This is a solid beer, but didn't wow me in a significant way. Still, a drinkable brew.
